Return of engraved products



All purchases of engraved products made on Lifecuff.com are binding. You as a customer provide your own bangle and necklaces with personal engravings. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of engraved products.


If your engraving is misspelled or you have received an incorrect order, we will gladly send you the correct order at no additional charge.


Damaged deliveries


Please check your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately at support@lifecuff.de if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.


Return of non-engraved products 


We have a 14-day return policy on all non-engraved/personalized purchases. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. 


To make a return, you can contact us at support@lifecuff.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to and without prior confirmation will not be accepted. This also applies to products returned to us involuntarily.

Damages and problems with engraved and non-engraved products


Please check your order after acceptance and contact us immediately at support@lifecuff.de if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can send you the correct order as soon as possible.


Refunds for non-engraved purchases


We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, the money will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
